Shipping policy

Shipping Locations: We ship domestically within Australia and to selected international destinations via Australia Post.

Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after the order is placed and payment is received. 

Undelivered Packages: If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address or the package is unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

Price: We offer flat rate shipping:
Standard tracked shipping: $4 (Free for orders above $120)
Express tracked shipping: $11 (Free for orders above $275)
Internal shipping: $25

International Shipping Responsibilities: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, tariffs, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not collect, calculate, or control these fees, and we cannot predict what charges (if any) may be applied.

We are not responsible for delays, holds, seizures, or delivery failures caused by customs authorities, incorrect address details, or import restrictions in the destination country.
